This debut single from Glasgow based Unkle Bob, is a warm, evocative piece of music. Led by acoustic guitars and a delicate, pieceful piano, this single showcases a sound songwriting talent. The vocals are poised, reflective and absorbing, punctuated by minimal percussion. A pagaen to the past and lost friends: One By One sounds like a lonely walk through bare trees. It’s music to nurse a glass of wine to – although the remix by Shrink offers an alternative dance take.
